Welcome to the national Australian Local Government Women’s Association’s webpage. With branches in every state and territory in Australia, the national board is a collaborative body comprised of membership from each of the state branches, and seeks to strengthen networking, mentoring and innovative opportunities that encourage and support women in local government.

We offer wonderful opportunities to network with like minded women from all avenues of local government. We host a biennial conference in different areas of Australia.

This website acts as a source of news and information about the work of the national board, as an important tool for members and as a portal to all the state Branches. Please take time to browse the website for information and links to other national organisations.
